Learn how to make an inexpensive stone trough look-alike from hypertufa from easily obtained materials.

Stone troughs can be very heavy but the use of vermiculite in our mix makes them considerably lighter and a lot easier to handle.

On the first part of this workshop Sunday 14th June (10am – 3pm) you will sculpt your own small trough. In the second part of the workshop Sunday 21th June (10am – 2pm) you will finish your trough using techniques to make it more natural and aged looking. We will then look at how to plant it up with succulents. You will also learn how to propagate succulents to bring home to fill your trough.

Price includes tea/coffee on arrival and  home-cooked lunch on both days.
