This class is aimed at giving you a flavour of all things herbal.

In the morning we will prepare a herb focused lunch and look at ways of saving the flavours for use in the winter.

After lunch (eaten al fresco weather permitting) you will learn how to identify, propagate and grow a selection of herbs – some common, some not so common.

We will also demonstrate how to make first aid herbal remedies.

Price includes tea/coffee on arrival, a home-cooked lunch  and  some plants to take home.
