Many people are fearful of making yeast breads. During a fun filled day I will remove this fear and show you how versatile yeast dough can be.

We will make a number of breads including; focaccia; herb bread, poppy seed plate; and orange butter swirls ……….. and then of course you get to sample your bakes!

We also make pizza dough and pizza toppings which we will these in my handcrafted clay oven.

Cost includes all materials, lunches and coffee breaks.
