SUMMARY:Hypertufa Troughs (Two half days – Sat 17th & Sat 24th May)
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to make an inexpensive stone trough look-alike from hypertufa from easily obtained materials. \nStone troughs can be very heavy but the use of vermiculite in our mix makes them considerably lighter and a lot easier to handle. \nOn the first part of this workshop Sat 17th May  (10am – 3pm) you will sculpt your own small trough. In the second part of the workshop Sat 24th May (10am – 2pm) you will finish your trough using techniques to make it more natural and aged looking. We will then look at how to plant it up with succulents. You will also learn how to propagate succulents to bring home to fill your trough. \nPrice includes tea/coffee on arrival and  home-cooked lunch on both days.

DESCRIPTION:On this extended weekend you will be able to completely relax and unwind\, immersing yourself in nature. Over the three days you will make a unique creation from foraged materials. DESCRIPTION:Learn how to make an inexpensive stone trough look-alike from hypertufa from easily obtained materials. \nStone troughs can be very heavy but the use of vermiculite in our mix makes them considerably lighter and a lot easier to handle. \nOn the first part of this workshop Sat 19th & 26th Aug  (10am – 3pm) you will sculpt your own small trough. In the second part of the workshop Sat 26th Aug (10am – 2pm) you will finish your trough using techniques to make it more natural and aged looking. We will then look at how to plant it up with succulents. You will also learn how to propagate succulents to bring home to fill your trough. \nPrice includes tea/coffee on arrival and  home-cooked lunch on both days.

DESCRIPTION:Learn how to make an inexpensive stone trough look-alike from hypertufa from easily obtained materials. \nStone troughs can be very heavy but the use of vermiculite in our mix makes them considerably lighter and a lot easier to handle. \nOn the first part of this workshop Sat 14th May (10am – 1:30pm) you will sculpt your own small trough.
