DESCRIPTION:This class is aimed at giving you a flavour of all things herbal. \nIn the morning we will prepare a herb focused lunch and look at ways of saving the flavours for use in the winter. \nAfter lunch (eaten al fresco weather permitting) you will learn how to identify\, propagate and grow a selection of herbs – some common\, some not so common. \nWe will also demonstrate how to make first aid herbal remedies. \n  \nPrice includes tea/coffee on arrival\, a home-cooked lunch  and  some plants to take home.

SUMMARY:Bees Wax Food Wraps
DESCRIPTION:For those of you who would like to lessen the amount of single-use plastics such as cling-film and sandwich bags that you use in your home\, these bees-wax wraps make a good environmental alternative. \n100% cotton or recycled material and bees wax\, pine resin and jojoba oil are used to create these wraps. The ingredients used are both anti-bacterial and anti-microbial and as such make wonderful food wraps. Each participant will go home with some wraps and the knowledge to make more either for themselves or as gifts for friends.
